Business Policies
Arrival to Your Session
Please be ready for your scheduled bodywork session 5-10 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time so your horse is clean, ready, and relaxed. If your horse is not ready at the scheduled starting time, the session may need to be shortened. With the exception of your horse's initial bodywork session, you are not required to be present during your scheduled appointments.
Please have your horse secured in a location of the barn, farm, or property that is quiet and comfortable for your horse. Please do your best to avoid areas of high traffic and commotion to ensure that your horse can experience the full benefits of the bodywork session.
