Comprehensive Equine Bodywork Session - $135*

Within each bodywork session, your horse's body will be addressed from head-to-hoof and will include:

  • Static and dynamic assessment
  • Various bodywork techniques following the Equinology® Approach including sports massage, stretching, soft-tissue mobilization, range of motion exercises, positioning exercises, muscle activation techniques, and focal point (stress and trigger points) work. 
  • Session report outlining static/dynamic observations, changes since previous session, follow-up owner massage moves, and sensitivity points identified during and addressed during the session.

Please have your horse haltered, clean, and ready to begin their bodywork session 5-10 minutes prior to its scheduled time. Following a bodywork session, your horse will need to be power-walked 10-15 minutes before returning to a stall or pasture. I am happy to provide this service for an additional $5. If you would like take advantage of this service, please let me know when scheduling your bodywork session so I can plan accordingly!

Travel fee: provided upon inquiry; applies to those outside of a 20-mile driving distance from Tulsa, OK 74105

Time allotted: 1.5-2.5 hours depending on your horse's needs**

 

*Due to the additional time and effort that goes into a horse's initial bodywork session, these initial sessions cost $150. All subsequent sessions are $135 when sessions are scheduled within 16 weeks of each other.

**When scheduling your horse's first bodywork session, please plan for the session to take about 2.5hrs

PLEASE NOTE: According to Oklahoma State Law, a referral from your horse's current Oklahoma veterinarian is required before bodywork can be performed. I am happy to obtain this referral for you! Contact me and I will gather the information needed to submit a request to your vet! Not in Oklahoma? A signed veterinarian referral may not be a requirement in your state.
